Part III. The Court and the Indevidual, focuses upon the other major area of American life influenced by the Court the rights and freedoms of the individual. Part IV. Pressures on the Court, examines some of the external factors that influence the Court¨s work. Part V. The Court at work, explains how the Court operates today and how its procedures have evolved through the years. Part VI Members of the Court, provides biographical material about the justices in general and each one in particular. Part VII, Major decisions of the court, summarizes more than four hundred of the court¨s summarizes more than four hundred of the court most importtant decisiones.
